Specimen Type: Parasitic worms

Container/Tube: Clean, dry container (10% formalin or 70% alcohol may be added if appropriate specimen type)

Specimen Volume: Entire specimen

Collection Instructions:

Submit whole worms or worm segments in 70% alcohol or formalin.  If this is not available, please submit specimen In a clean, dry container as soon as possible to prevent deterioration of specimen.
