representative of infection.

Vaginal:  eSwab

Oral: eSwab

skin/hair/nails: Steril Container

Container/Tube: Container appropriate for
type of specimen

Specimen Volume: Entire collection

Collection Instructions: 

1. Specimen source is required.

2. Label container with patient’s full name, date of
birth, date and time of collection, and source of
specimen.
3. Causes for rejection include quantity not sufficient or dried
specimen.
