Methodology Comment: This assay detects tricyclic antidepressants (Nortriptyline, Nordoxepin, Trimipramine, Amitriptyline, Promazine, Desipramine, Imipramine, Clomipramine, Doxepin, and Maprotiline) at levels ranging from 200 to 3,000 ng/mL (depending on the drug). Extremely high levels of Promethazine may also cause positive results.
