Mayo Laboratories offers this testing. Each test should be ordered as a Miscellaneous send out. The two Mayo test codes are: COVSQ and COVTA.

COVSQ - Overview: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Spike Antibody, Semi-Quantitative, Serum (mayocliniclabs.com) which is equivalent to SARS-CoV-2 Spike Antibody
COVTA - Overview: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Nucleocapsid, Total Antibody, Serum which is equivalent to SARS-CoV2 Capsid Antibody
