This is a generic miscellaneous test request for samples collected and submitted for testing through Bronson's primary reference lab, Mayo Medical Laboratories.
When entering the Mayo Test ID in the Order Modifier, and the Test Requested prompt for order entry, Mayo code must be all capital letters with a semicolon followed by the Mayo Test Name. (Example: ;MAYOTEST MAYO TEST NAME).

Tests which are not being submitted through Mayo Medical Laboratories for testing should reference SOHAND or SOMIS ordering requirements.
